We guarantee software related repairs up to 30-days for causes, not symptoms.  For example: A slow computer is a symptom, but there are many causes.  If we determine the same cause is still the problem the fix will be free but if its a different cause then you will be charged.

We guarantee virus and spyware removal up until we leave the premises.  This is due to the fact that getting viruses are 100% out of our control.  We can clean your machine and you can go check your e-mail and get a virus from an attachment. 

To minimize your risk of getting spyware/viruses
1. Have a good antivirus, I recommend Eset or Kaspersky but don't trust it to protect you fully no antivirus program can!

2. Don't open e-mail attachments from ANYONE!  viruses like to spread by sending  themselves through the addressbook.  If your friend is infected and your on his address book well...  If your not sure ask your friend if he sent you an attachment.  Never open .exe, .vbs, .com, .bat, js,.  

3. Never click on internet popups saying your computer is infected!! This is called Smitfraud and it won't disinfect your computer it will in fact infect your computer and some variants of smitfraud are EXTREMELY difficult to remove.

4. Only download from trusted sites.
