Q. How much time does a typical service call take?

A. It depends on the nature of the problem, typically 30mins to 1 1/2 hours but it could be longer if you have a severely infected computer. Remember though you will only be charged for 3hrs max.

Q.  Do you have a minimum service charge

A. Yes, we charge a minimum of 1 hour for on-site computer repair, that means if we fix you issue in 30mins we still bill you for an hour.

If you live out of the red zone, there is an extra $75 fee for travel to South New Jersey and a $150 Fee for travel to Northern New Jersey. Above hours are for our regular operating hours between 9am - 7pm , if you need service on off hours (Between 7pm and 9am) we are available but prices are double.
