Q. How much time does a typical service call take?

A. It depends on the nature of the problem, typically 30mins to 2 hours but it could be longer depending how much work needs to be done. Remember though you will only be charged for 3hrs maximum provided the computer access is broadband for downloading updates and definitions if using a slower dial or dsl connection jrdtech tech reserves the right to increase cap to compensate for the extra time.

Q.  Do you have a minimum service charge

A. Yes, we charge a minimum of 1 - 2 hour for on-site computer repair depending on location.

Q. How do your rates compare with Geek Squad or Staples Easytech?

You'll save a considerable amount of money and get faster service from JRD Tech.  For example our virus removal rate is between $125 - $155 depending on your location.  Geek Squad and Staples is $299.99 for virus removal
