What can Managed Services do for my business? 

We actively monitor all computers for potential trouble, alerts me when the server goes down, enabled remote support to all users, keeps computers and software patched and up-to-date, has a support desk system where any employee can submit a ticket if they're having a problem even a minor one that they've just been ignoring, upgrading or installing new software, .  The service also includes free online backup of server data and free antivirus for all computers.  The main benefit is having a predictable yearly IT cost and fast response to solve IT issues.  The goal is to monitor your network and computers to prevent problems before they happen or if something does occur I'll have the ability to be alerted to issues and fix it, sometimes before you're even aware there was a problem.
