No more compromises: Your company can now give all of its employees robust email and data-sharing applications, which they can use wherever they are with minimal maintenance and cost, and no more running out of storage space if you're running an on-site email server.

I already have business email, why should I switch?

You're most likely using a webmail based POP email or if you're lucky IMAP.  With POP3 email there's no syncing between devices and if you're not careful with initial setup you could wind up with your email in different places.  With IMAP things are a little bit better in that everything stays centrally stored on the server however IMAP is unsecured, if there's any sync problems with the client you'll start having duplicate emails, and most importantly with IMAP or POP your contacts, tasks, and calendar entries don't sync.   With Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365 all of that syncs.  If you create a new contact on your phone it will sync to your tablet, laptop, computer, where ever.  Same with a new calendar appointment.  Plus all the features I've mentioned above.

    I have an exchange server!!

Ok great much better than the email provided with a typcial website assuming it's configured correctly and it's not Server 2003 in which case I'd definetely recommend you switch since Server 2003 is no longer supported and the longer you run it the more vulnerable you're business comes.  If you're running a new version of Windows Server than you do have all the sync features offered with Google Apps and Office 365, but consider this, you're business has a single point of failure.   If someone tries sending an imporant email like a purchase order and for whatever reason the internet is down or the server has crashed you'll never see that email.   Separating your filesever and email from each other and even keeping them on seperate networks allows you to maintain contact with your customers even if your server or network is down.   With Google Apps and Office 365 you're provided a beautiful fully functional & easy to use web based client that can be accessed from any computer that has an internet connection.
